Introducing a relaxed fortnightly solo jazz class with local swing superstar, Miya Miyazaki.
Casual, drop-in classes, no bookings, no courses, no previous experience necessary. Each lesson will break down the essential jazz steps that form the foundation of this fun and energetic dance.

Opening night: Wednesday 1 July 2026
Time: 6.45 – 7.45pm – All levels class.
Location: Melbourne City Ballroom: Level 2 / 673 Bourke St, Melbourne (enter via Godfrey St).
* For those who know MCB as the venue for Swing Patrol Melbourne CBD and Swing City, note that our Solo Jazz classes will be held on Level 2, in a smaller, more intimate space suited to solo dancing.
Cost: $20, pay at the door. Cashless payment preferred.
