Swing Patrol Lindy Friday is excited to host our monthly social night featuring live music for the first time. It’s our last night at Dancehouse for 2026, and we’d like to celebrate the mid-year social with wonderful music by the Offbeats!

Join Kate and Jason as they start the night with a beginner class, followed by social dancing to the live band. We also have a special performance from Shout!, Swing Patrol’s premier swing dance troupe.

Schedule:
7pm – 8pm: Total Beginner lesson – All welcome, no experience necessary, no partner required.
8.00pm – 10.30pm: Social Dancing with the Offbeats! – Enjoy two sets of swinging music by a live band, plus guest DJ.
*Please arrive for class a few minutes before the advertised start time, to check in and be ready to dance at the start of the lesson.*

Location: Dancehouse, Upstairs Studio. 150 Princes St, Carlton North VIC 3054.
This is our last night at Dancehouse for 2026, so let’s make it a banger!!

Cost:
$25 +booking fee
Ticket price includes both class and social!
Concession price available for concession card holders, students, low income, and First Nations people.
Tickets also available at the door, unless sold out in advance. As the venue has a fixed capacity, the best way to guarantee your place is by booking online.

No alcohol at this event. There will not be a bar, and we are not licensed for byo alcohol. Of course you can bring your own water bottle, and soft drinks may be consumed outside of the dance studio.
