This is a unique partnered Lindy Hop workshop where Brisbane dancers get to experience the dazzling teaching of Fancy Dougherty. Fancy is a great ambassador of the smooth style of Los Angeles, and she brings joy, pizzaz, technique and a wow factor to the dance floor. Fancy & Scott have taught together in the UK and are excited to teach again. Fancy will drive the class (you can hear Scott any ol’ time) and the focus will be the classic smooth styling from Hollywood, incorporating switches, sugar pushes and a quick stop … just for starters. Two hours not to be missed, in Kangaroo Point.

Who is this for? Lindy Hop dancers at Level 1.5+. You will be familiar with 6 and 8 count swing dance rhythms and already have some experience with swingouts.
