Cancellations and Refunds
CLASSES
Generally, for pay-at-the-door classes, there is no refund available. However, we can be flexible if, for example, you are suddenly called away or taken ill within the first 10 minutes of a one hour class. Please chat to the teacher or door person.
WORKSHOPS and BALLS:
Some of our venues have a fixed capacity so we close off places for participants at a set point. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible without 24 hours notice as we may have turned away other dancers. Thanks for understanding. Where applicable, a full or partial refund (less administration fee) may be available up to close of registrations. Contact [email protected] After close of registration, no refunds will be issued. Transfers, where applicable, may incur an administration fee. We are pretty friendly and approachable so send an email and hopefully we can assist you!
FESTIVALS:
Cancellation and refund policies are listed on the dedicated webpages for our various festivals. Broadly, full refunds (less administration fee) are available up to a few weeks before the event; 50% refund available two weeks before the event; no refunds after close of registration. Transfers If you have purchased a pass to a workshop, event or festival and can no longer attend, please contact the organisers or [email protected] – Do not try to sell your pass to someone else, as they will not be able to use passes purchased under another name. Transfers of passes or tickets are only valid if authorised by the organisers. This helps us ensure the safety of our community. Do not purchase tickets being sold by a third party, these may be fake or invalid. Privacy and Emails Purchase of a workshop, event or festival pass confirms acceptance of receiving emails specific to that workshop/event/festival (we may have important information to send you closer to the day). If you would like to be added to our general mailing list, when you register for an event please tick the box when you see this sentence – “Tick this box to receive information, updates and special offers regarding events at this venue and/or the producer of the Event for which you have purchased this ticket.” You can also subscribe to our mailing list via a simple Sign Up form on our website.
