Learn the Heart of Lindy Hop!

Ready to discover the heartbeat of Lindy Hop? This special workshop is all about 8-count Lindy Hop—the rhythm and movement that gives the dance its unmistakable feel.
Starting from scratch, we’ll build strong foundations before introducing a range of fun, social patterns that are enjoyable to lead or follow, and guaranteed to add variety to your dancing. Along the way, we’ll focus on great technique, musicality, and the confidence to use what you’ve learned on the social dance floor.

As always, Leigh & Scottie will sprinkle in stories from Lindy Hop’s rich history, along with plenty of laughs and their relaxed, encouraging teaching style.

WAITLIST: If your preferred ticket type is sold out, text Swing Patrol on 0412 309 311, with your name, the workshop title & date, and which tickets you want, and Swing Patrol will text you back if tickets become available. We try to balance the Lead:Follow ratio for an optimum partner dancing experience.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel due to illness/Public Health & Safety, a refund will be available as long as you advise Swing Patrol via text to 0412 309 311 before 9am on the day of the event.

Cancellations for reasons other than Public Health & Safety: As the venue has a fixed capacity, refunds are not possible without 48 hours notice, as we may have turned away other dancers and need time to give others the opportunity to snap up your spot. Thanks for understanding. Where applicable, a full or partial refund (less administration fee) may be available up to 1.30pm on the Friday prior to the workshop. Text Swing Patrol on 0412 309 311.
