Swing Back in Time: 4 Weeks of Vintage Charleston!

Get ready to kick, flick, and fly through the decades in our brand new 4-Week Charleston Course! If you are looking to perfect your footwork, this course is the ideal way to dive into the world of Charleston.

Weeks 1–2: The Roaring ’20s Charleston.
Step into the Jazz Age with high-energy solo moves, some technical grounding footwork, and classic flapper flair. You’ll master the basics of ’20s Charleston and build a strong foundation full of rhythm, confidence, and character.

Weeks 3–4: The Swingin’ ’30s Lindy Hop Charleston, including Tandem Charleston.
Transition into the golden era of swing with partner-based ’30s Charleston. Learn how this style evolved with Lindy Hop – all the kicks, momentum, and playful connection that made it a dancefloor sensation! We will dive into side by side and Tandem Charleston, ensuring great exercise, some historical nuggets and some pretty great movement.

Be part of the crew.
We rotate partners in class, so you’ll meet new people and improve faster. Intermediate level dancers and beyond are welcome – just bring your enthusiasm and comfortable shoes.
