Swing dancers around the world will be celebrating World Lindy Hop Day on May 26th with a global Shim Sham video, and you’re all invited to come learn the routine with us and take part in the Sydney
Swing dancing is generally (though not always) a partnered, social dance which means we learn and dance with lots of different people. It’s a great way to make new friends while learning a new skill and getting fit!
We acknowledge that the core dances we teach, perform and share come from African American and Black culture, as does the jazz music we love. Read more about it here.
Taking your first steps out onto the dance floor? We’re here to help! There’s no need to book ahead for our weekly classes and no need to bring a partner with you.

We’ll be closed over the Christmas/New Years break, but never fear! We’ll be resuming classes every Tuesday from 6.30PM, Tuesday 6th Febuary 2024.
