Blues is back with another 3 hour Intermediate level workshop with Jo and Andy. And if that’s not enough to get you excited, we have plans afoot for a social that night too (more details to come soon)!
WORKSHOP DETAILS:
When: Saturday 15th June 2024
Time: 2.15-5.45pm (3 hours with breaks)
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:
2.00pm: Doors open
2.15pm: Class 1 – Ballroomin’ Blues
3.15pm: Break
3.30pm: Class 2 – Jukin’ Blues
4.30pm: Break
4.45pm: Class 3 – Musicality and creativity
5.45pm: Finish
WORKSHOP LEVEL:
These classes will be aimed at Intermediate and above level dancers, so if you have some Blues experience or are an intermediate level dancer in Swing or another partnered dance style, this class should be perfect for you. We will also have some tricky moves and technique for anyone who is up for a challenge.
If you are new to partner dancing, then this class may be too hard for you. Jo and Andy run monthly All-Levels Blues classes at North Sydney that are ideal for beginners or a great way to refresh your Blues before the workshop: https://www.facebook.com/SwingPatrolNorthSydney/
WAITLIST:
If your preferred ticket type is sold out Text Swing Patrol on 0412 309 311, with your name, the workshop title, and which tickets you want, and Swing Patrol will text you back if tickets become available, giving you an exclusive Access Code to use for booking within a specific window of time.
SOCIAL INFO:
Get excited for a night of Blues dancing in the cozy and cool Wiggle Room hosted by our friends at Jukebox Blues! Come dance after a hard day’s workshop, or just come dance for the fun of it. Tickets for the social will be sold on the door, but space is limited so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

We’ll be closed over the Christmas/New Years break, but never fear! We’ll be resuming classes every Tuesday from 6.30PM, Tuesday 6th Febuary 2024.

North Sydney is closed for new students while we finish off our performance routine, but we’ll be back to regular, weekly drop-in classes for everyone from Tuesday the 22nd August 2023.
